Improved reading rooms and study spaces

There should be better procedures in place to prevent people from claiming a desk at the reading room and then leaving for over an hour.  I also think it should be clear when each section of the non-reading room areas will be evacuated for closing, so tha you are not studying thinking you have an hour left when you only have 10 minutes.  Most importantly, I would really like to see more desks in the reading room.  The 3 person desks with outlets and lamps and dividers are the best.  I can be so productiveand spread my work out.  I love them, but they fill up so quickly and there is a lot of empty areas where more desks could be placed.
