Less A/C noise makes for better learning environment

I'm always amazed by the average level of air conditioning noise present in most of MIT's libraries, which in my opinion drastically reduces the usefulness of what are otherwise really amazing spaces for study.

Why do you care about library spaces, collections, and services?: 

Because they form the backbone of what a university is all about, and because I use them all the time, both for research, study, and inspiration (e.g., accidentally finding the book that happened to be sitting next on the shelf to the one that one was actually looking for).
