Optimize Shelving to Allow for More Innovation Space

Create more space by better compacting the book shelves. Keep the same amount of books but make them sliding shelves. By moving the shelves and creating more space, there will be more space for meeting areas for learning and working. These spaces can be reserved in advance or used on the spot. I think they should probably be free to reserve.

Why do you care about library spaces, collections, and services?: 

I love the library. I have fond memories of enjoying library space with my grandmother. I think library space should serve the same purpose it always has but meet more needs. Purpose being a public space that anyone can use for studying, work, and learning. The space should remain a quiet place of inspiration.
