PhD/Master's thesis tracking service

What I really want is a PhD/masters thesis tracking service that would allow for management of documents and images (integrated with Dropbox?). Ideally this would provide metrics on pace, goals, feedback from mentors, ensure compliance with style guidelins, and allow for online submission of the competed work.
