Uber for book delivery
Relaying an idea I heard this morning - an Uber-like app for book deliver on campus. Hire lots of students and others who are willing to be available to go to the stacks, find a book, check it out on behalf of someone else (we would need to develop system for proxy borrowing), and deliver it to that person's office. Nice, flexible way to earn $ for students, and an intriguing option for immediate delivery for faculty, etc.
